PIN payments from App

I’m trying to make a payment (Bank Transfer) using the app. Normally I use my fingerprint to authorise the payment but I am being asked for my card’s pin. There is a fingerprint icon button on the top right which I would presume is to use fingerprint instead. But it just returns it to the insert pin page.

Am I going mad or has this been changed? Can we please use fingerprints again?

Do you have fingerprint enabled in your settings?

Yes. Enabled. I’m sure it used to work :thinking:
