I made a bank transfer last night and it’s not reflecting in my balance. I called my bank and the payment has left my account but not showing on monzo card. How do I get this sorted
Double check you have given your bank the right account number and sort code.
If it’s correct then contact the in app help chat
Remember that bank transfers are not instant (even though they mostly appear to be) so there’s an outside chance it may just not have happened yet.
Drop Monzo a message in the app help section and they will do their best to help you
