Automatically declined transaction

I purchased food while traveling on an easyjet flight, since then the transaction got automatically declined, and they try to withdraw the money endlessly but monzo declines it every time.
I have enough funds in my account and l want this to end! I don’t know what to do, please help.

Your best bet is to reach out to support, and get them to deal with it.

Help → Search “Contact” → Contacting Support → “Tap here to get started”

Then outline to them, that it’s a valid transaction, and that you’re annoyed that they won’t give EasyJet the money :stuck_out_tongue:

Would also suggest, if it’s not to late to do so, tapping on the declined transaction to see if there’s an option for support at the bottom of the screen through a “Something Wong? Get help” button.

Instructions in the first reply will also work for starting a support chat, but if you can do it through the transaction this gives them relevant information straight away without having to ask you for it.
