Attempting to log in to my Monzo using new phone (Still there? Everytime)

I am using a new phone to log into my account, however, I am unable to log in as it gives me this ‘Still There? We lost you for a second, check your internet connection and try again’. I do not have internet issues, I am able to use anything else without problems.

What do I do?

Delete the app, restart your device, reinstall the app. This should solve it.
