ATM won’t let me change my PIN

Trying to change my PIN number. Been to two ATM, first, tells me card is the wrong type and second, that I can’t change there. Any ideas how I can change the PIN?

ATM’s cannot be the link network ones if that helps?

Without knowing whose ATMs they were, not really. Try a TESCO bank (RBS) one. That worked yesterday.
