Hi all, just wanted to ask if anyone had any problems with Apple Pay on Apple Watch (series 9) didn’t work at our local farm foods, funds were enough! Strange cause it worked half hour before in Petrol station. Was double checking if I set it up ok?
Might have been a matrix glitch 
If it worked and then it didn’t, you have funds and there’s no decline from Monzo, it’s just an error that can happen.

We are in a simulation so there’s bound to be bugs in our reality from time to time.
Probably something to do with the Farmfoods reader, or that blasted Apple Watch bug that has plagued the system for a decade, making Apple Pay on the Watch very hit and miss.
Did you try it again with your phone? I think that would have been an interesting test to do.

This tends to be the reader and occasionally the bank in my experience. Sometimes for extra security you might be requested to put your card into the machine rather than tap via Apple pay. Ive had it where the readers are just temperamental.

Sometimes they just decline because they time out in sending/receiving data, would be better if they said Time Out rather than a straight Declined.

I very rarely have my card with me. That’s the point of Apple Pay!
