And yes there are plenty other old folk out there that love the tech

But I worked for a bank, and I know that a hell of alot donā€™t. Especially the ones that come in to fill their ISA allowance each year with a hell of a lot of money in their accounts

Yep, thatā€™s how I read it too. The language is telling, and it explains why - despite it clearly being a huge deal to people - itā€™s still not around, despite the fact that it was pretty much the first question I asked when i joined a year ago and was told almost the same answer as was just given.

I donā€™t think I can take Monzo seriously as the bank I want it to be without it and after reading the fairly uninspiring roadmap above, which really makes me sad cos I really thought I was at the start of something pretty special. :pensive:

How I saw Starling announce Apple Pay:

ā€œSoonā€ : Testing : Release
End of June : +15 days : +11 days

So itā€™s definitely going to be announced months ahead by Monzo

There are plenty of reasons such as but not limited to: A new infastructure.
