Something odd, though - I went through the pre-pre-order in the Apple Store app and it’s used an old email address which I haven’t used for a couple of years now. I’ve no idea where it has got it from.
There is no trace of the old email address in my Apple account or my Apple Store account and it’s not associated in any way with my Apple ID which uses a new email address. It’s not in Contacts, either. I’ve also checked the delivery and contact information used by the payment methods in my Apple account and in the Wallet settings and they all only have the new email address. Complete mystery!
I’m on a hold year having just bought (in August) a 16 pro. I know, I could’ve waited but I didn’t want to. Don’t normally buy phones on release year anyway.
I see it still has the camera control feature. Shame, I’ve found that to be one of the worst thought out new iPhone features in a while.

A question has been bugging me for a while
If iPhones are available with or without a physical SIM tray depending on where you buy them, do the ones without the tray actually get a bigger battery, and if so, how much bigger?
The UK doesn’t seem to be getting the new Apple 40W dynamic power adapter so we miss out of the fastest charging until someone else releases one with the new USB-PD spec.
