App won't work

Hi, I already have a monzo card and when I went into the app the other day to check how much was in it, the app made me sign up and verify my information again and now the app is saying it can’t offer me a monzo account at the moment, even though I already have one. I’ve tried uninstalling it an reinstalling it but it’s still not working. How can I access my account?

Normally in these cases it’s accidently pressing the new account button instead of log in or using the incorrect email

Delete the app, reinstall and make sure you are using the email address you initially signed up to Monzo with and if that doesn’t work email help@monzo.com

Plus when you initially open the app make sure you choose the option that says I already have a Monzo account at the bottom else you’re signing up for a new account

It’s not an old prepaid card is it?
