Hello,
I downloaded the app via a golden ticket and am in the process of signing up.
However when I take a photo of my passport to upload nothing happens, the loading circle just spins indefinitely, I let it load for 30 mins and no change.
Is their an alternative way I can upload my passport photo? via email perhaps?

That’s pretty annoying! While we’re waiting for a response, it might be worth restarting your device, deleting the app and reinstalling, and checking your device is up to date with software.
