I am trying to sign up and the only valid photo ID I have is my UK passport. Unfortunately, my passport is stuck at a consular office in the process of getting a travel visa and I won’t be getting it back till the end of the lockdown.
However, I do have a photo of my passport but the app does not allow for uploads. Is there any way I can sign with this?
It is a pretty standard signup flow (used by many organisations) - it must be in your possession - the blocking of photo uploads is deliberate.
