App freezing

Hello, I’m new here :wave:

Long time Monzo user. Recently though I’ve been finding that my transactions get stuck and don’t refresh. The only way I can get them to update is to restart my phone, which is really annoying. Anyone else had this problem?

Rather than restarting your phone, quit the app in multitasking and relaunch it, I get that sometimes

Delete the app, RESTART your phone, reinstall.

That will fix lots of things like this.

This has been happening to me too for the past week or so, but just quitting and relaunching the app seems to get it unstuck.

Are you on iOS or android?
