App closing and locked out with incorrect pin

Hi there,

I hope this finds you well.

I have been having issues opening the monzo app, with it closing as soon as I open it. I have locked myself out of my card by inputting the wrong pin and need to reset. I wondered if you could please advise on the best way to one get the app to open and secondly to unlock my card? I am travelling in Australia at the moment and have put all my money on my card and am unable to access any of it.

Hi Jordie,

I know that this might not be the best option when travelling but, to get this resolved quickly it might be worth calling Monzo directly using the phone number on the back of your card rather than waiting for them to reply on here.

Have you tried deleting the app, redownloading and reinstalling it, then logging in again?
