I’ve been transferring money from PayPal to my Monzo account for months, but now suddenly PayPal says Monzo is not eligible for transfers.
Monzo support doesn’t seem to know about any change in circumstances with PayPal. PayPal support is extremely slow to respond.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or has it now? I just want to know if it’s a temporary error or if I am gonna need a new bank account/payment system.

If you’ve been doing it for months, and regularly, be mindful that you don’t cross the threshold and into business use.
Same thing here, I’ve just run into this issue starting last week. I used to be able to instant transfer from PayPal to Monzo, and just today noticed I can’t even transfer to Monzo at all anymore. No notifications from PayPal or Monzo to say there are any issues anywhere either. Also hoping I don’t need a new bank account.

i’ve found the issue after contacting paypal and monzo for me the issue was because my address on my paypal account didnt match the cards so i just changed the address re added the card and i was good to go hope this helps
Finally got it working. I also had a wrong postcode entered, but linking my Monzo as a bank account rather than just the card solved the problem. Still don’t know if the card aspect will work or not, but since it all goes to the same place it doesn’t matter much.
