Issue: I made a payment on Monday via PayPal. The website at the last minute decided to include postage, in spite of claiming it was free , due to my location. PayPal and their receipt showed the total amount, including postage, however, Monzo didnāt include the value for postage. No problem, I expected it would update soon. I flexed the transaction and forgot about it.
This morning I noticed that my main account balance wasnāt what I expected. It had been about ~Ā£2 yesterday, I had received a refund of ~Ā£130 today, yet it was ~Ā£117. There were also a few in and out transactions from pots. I remembered the postage and went to check, but the transaction still said the original figure. I had no other transaction to account for the change.
I finally found the reference to the missing Ā£15 in the ātotal money inā section of the trends page with the description āAmount adjustedā.
I think this should have appeared in my main transactions.
