Active Card Check failed

I was creating an Dartford Crossing Charge account, while doing credit card check, something went wrong and the feedback from Dart Charge Website is asking me to check with my bank for the „Active Card Check“ was rejected. I’ve tried several times, and approved the card checks each time but the results were still rejected. Is anyone can help me to solve this problem?

Use another card to pay the charge.

Sounds like their systems either aren’t working with monzo, or aren’t working at all.
