Account balance not updating

Hi, so have topped up my monzo prepaid account from my Lloyd’s current account on 26th October but balance is still showing as my initial top up of £100. Yet the money has gone out of my Lloyd’s account. Can someone advise if there’s an issue and when this is likely to be working properly?
