Balance not updating on app

Afternoon all,

My balance/spending has not updated on app since Saturday night. Anyone else having this issue? My payment notifications are flashing up each time I use it, but on the app nothing is showing as coming off balance since Saturday.

Hi Dom & welcome :wave:

From ‘Home’, if you tap on ‘Payments’, let the payments display load, then tap on ‘Home’ - does the feed now show the correct figure(s)?

Hey Dom - I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this fixes it :grinning:

Thanks David, just needed to re-install app and working fine now.
