Good day ,pls I have an account with Monzo and it was closed down with no reason.I made a payment to some and the account of the person has been close ,but I was ask to present my statement of account with Monzo but I don’t know how to go about it and I have been calling the 2 no at back if my card for help.I will appreciate if I can get a help thank you.

- the number on the back of your card

In app chat I don’t have access ,the no at back of the card I have been calling since 2weeks again no one to speak with and on email I have email since 2 weeks ago no responses
Those are your only options I’m afraid, there isn’t anything that we can do on here
