A payment that didn’t go through but still a Pending transaction

I done a Klarna payment with boohoo, but I had to go into the Monzo app to approve the payment. However, when I went back into the boohoo app the order wasn’t confirmed and didn’t get processed. But the Klarna payment has been pending and the money has been taken out of my account.

I have redone the order so two payments have come out but only one confirmation email.

I need to know is there any way I can get my pending transaction back into my account?

Technically, it hasn’t left your account, but if you have a chat with Monzo, they’ll let you know what can be done.
