Just had an email about improvements to the monzo phone insurance.
It includes this:
“You’ll need to pay a £50 collection fee on top of the £75 excess for a successful claim”
Doesn’t £50 seem incredibly excessive? On top of the £75 excess. You could uber it to the repair centre for cheaper!
