Apparently it’s a Credit Karma soft search. Which presumably happens whenever I log in and it refreshes any offers I might have.
Seems really frustrating I can’t log into an app that might throw a soft search out without my knowledge for 30 days.

They closed my account and I had a look at my score within a month of looking. Didn’t look at loans but it always comes up that I’m eligible for stuff.

I haven’t looked at loans specifically, so I don’t know why they would have a search.

Like I said, they seem to do it whether you look at loans or not - I have loads of Zopa soft searches when I check through Clearscore, roughly one a month. I think it might be controlled through the “Borrowing Power” option under the Apply tab - there’s an option to unsubscribe in there.

I’ve turned off the Borrowing Power update as the notifications were annoying me. I do have a Zopa loan though.
Can’t wait to get my Biscuit card.

Having been following Zopa very much … Was exciting about this new bank?
For me it’s access to the 7.5% savings but the the 2% cashback is nice too (see Zopa Bank Chat - #930 by skrpe)
The app has started to be designed slightly different for me, font and some “Biscuit” themed parts

All I’ve noticed that’s new is a different splash screen when launching the app.

The new UI has just arrived for me today although they still have some work to do as there’s some mismatched fonts and styles in some sections. No sign of the “Biscuit” branding either.
