I agree @Peter_R if I am waiting for something, whatever it is, I like to know how long it will take or where I am in a queue. I think this just helps with transparency and is a nice touch for people wanting to know roughly where they are without the need to keep chasing customer services.
If, once the demand falls and there is no queue it will show that also, what’s the issue?
Golden Tickets should return early in the New Year. We didn’t want to risk overwhelming customer service over Christmas & New Year with a tidal-wave of new users.
So a bit over a week and more people will be seeing them coming back
that they work smoothly for people who have already downloaded the app, I had a couple of people that I gave the old ones to that had to get support to bump them as the app was confused that they were already in the queue.
