Wrong balance displaying on the connected account feature

Issue: The connected bank on the homescreen is displaying a wildly different value than what the true value is.

Details to reproduce: Occured after a subscription payment failed to proccess on the connected bank account

Is that because it’s pending still?

Which bank is it?

For most banks Monzo use the available balance to work out the balance to display, for some banks it only uses the cleared amount. Either way, it’ll only be using the data it receives from the connected bank.

Its Lloyds bank and the online banking for Lloyds is displaying the correct value

Its been like that for the last 5 days despite removind reconnecting the account
