Withdrawing from pot, account debited?

Hi, I’ve made a withdrawal from a pot today, but instead of crediting my account, it has debited the account to the same amount as well as debiting the pot. I’ve effectively lost funds?

Is this a bug, and can someone help direct me to a chat support as I can’t find it on the app

Go to help and search for contact us, you could also tap the transaction to see if it brings up the something’s wrong prompt

You haven’t lost the money.

Close the app and re-open, see if it appears. Double check the pots.
