So he phoned up and they’ve taken all his details and said they are going to email the switch team who will get back to him next week (they work mon-Fri)… hopefully we can get it sorted quickly.

The Coop saga continues. My partner just called to actually try and speak to the switch team, apparently it isn’t possible to do that because they don’t have phones. He waited half an hour in a queue on the phone to basically be told the person who can deal with the issue isn’t in the office until Friday and so nothing can be done to progress anything before then. :rage:

Not so for you @phildawson, I don’t see how they’ve managed to get it so wrong.

I’ve messaged them now, so I’ll expect them to message back on Wednesday to say they’ll give a callback on Thursday to then confirm they have ballsed up the CASS submission again.

Really hoping the bribe gets paid next day and I’m not spending 60 days with these jokers.

From a quick look there doesn’t seem to be a minimum number of direct debits or standing orders to switch?

I suppose even if you need to do a couple of months of paying £10 then you’re still £180 up…

No requirements other than the switch in and moving to their paid account first.

You could essentially downgrade your account once the bonus has been paid in as LBG tend to pay very quick.

I’ve moved my TSB to Lloyds (but had incentive back in May) so not hopeful, but worth a shot.

I’ve always done via phone and never had any issues.

Through app I recall. Some will redirect you to web to complete full application though or do some ID magic.

Well they 100% have my mobile as that’s what they called me on :man_facepalming: switch person didn’t add it to the form
