Why do some Monzo payees have the icon and others don't?

Hi there

Wondering why some of my Monzo payees in the app appear with the Monzo icon and “Monzo account” whereas other Monzo payees show up like the other bank accounts? I can’t send emojis etc if they show up in the second way.

This is because they’re not a Monzo customer if they don’t have the M or if you can’t send emojis as this is purely app based responses
