Why do I get 2 notifications for a single payment on my iPhone app? See attached.

The second one is from Apple Wallet - you can turn those off.

Top is Monzo notification, bottom is Apple’s Wallet notification. You can turn this off in settings to have just the Monzo notification.

Brilliant thanks! Do you think there is any issue turning it off like what if Monzo misses a notice? Or probably doesn’t matter because the vendor terminal says it’s paid anyway.

Just head to wallet, tap monzo card and tap notifications top right and turn them off.
