Where’s my transferred money

i had some money transferred from nationwide account to my monzo account today but nothing has appeared in my account i have checked my friends account and it def as been sent what can i do

Wait until tomorrow first - it can take up to 24 hours for it to appear. Some banks may hold it if it’s the first time they’ve transferred to your account as a fraud prevention measure - ie they want to be sure your friend doesn’t contact their bank asking why money has gone from their account.
If it doesn’t appear, you can speak to Monzo, but they’ll almost definitely tell you that the friend needs to speak to Nationwide to be sure the transfer has been sent.

Did you get the correct account number and sort code?

nationwide had issues with bank transfers yesterday so hopefully your money is in your account now
