if you’re on a waiting list you have to wait until they give you access to sign up then receive your card
If you ask on the monzo USA twitter account they might be able to help
I know the thread is more than a month old but here goes. I was on the wait list since August received the invitation to sign up about three weeks ago. So far my Monzo account is doing the job, does what I need.

When my Husband signed up it took a few weeks for him to get his actually, I would say you should be getting it soon.
