The numbers are already pretty impressive anyway, not miles off our embedded real time stuff, but thatā€™s still a 17% drop! :fire:

Are you able/allowed to say how this improvement has been arrived at, mainly because I am a bit nosy?

Changes to AWS? Changes to Kubernetes? Changes to the REST link layer? Something else? A mixture of more than one?

Okay Monzo peeps are trolling us now.

In the main pollā€¦

Dan and Bee have gone for dark mode.
Theoā€™s gone for something else for everyone

In the secret Monzo staff poll we have dark mode and universal feed (huge if true).

Weā€™ll end up with custom periods or weekly graphs on Trends thatā€™ll take ages to fully roll out - and weā€™ll deal with it :joy:

I will admit this number is slightly faked, itā€™s just normal traffic with no performance improvements :pray:

We did, however, do a genuine speed increase to our clusterā€™s service mesh using some very cool ideas and profiling of the mesh! However, I canā€™t share any numbers or how :frowning: Sorry!

Tbh, Iā€™m not bothered what is released any more now :man_shrugging:

Monzo has become just a hub for my money in/out on 1st of the month.

Outside of that, its no longer used.

Chase has become my spending account, and savings go into accounts that pay interest. Job done.
