To talk to someone who’s dealing your case seems like it won’t be a success
I’ve been talking to someone to resolve my case but they disappeared for another 24hrs 
Don’t they say they’ll come back when they have info? Depending on the case.
Nobody here can help you though.
I’m sure they’ll get back to you soon when they have an update, send them another message if you’re not happy.
