It was a surprising level of stupid I actually didn’t mind.
Absolutely loved The Wild Robot.
Just a joy of a movie. Beautifully animated and so evocative. Genuinely funny (and surprisingly dark) without ever being silly.
And just packed with emotional punch. Fantastic soundtrack too, which really adds to the atmosphere.
I’ve had it downloaded around a week but not managed to watch, seems highly rated.
May watch it tonight, fester out this cold
Just watched the trailer. Looks good. Might give it a watch tonight.
Happy cake slice day
Great film , just watched it. Wife was in tears for most of it.
Like me through these final few episodes of LOST
So was mine but only because she asked me if she looked fat just as we started watching it.
Sometimes you just gotta tell a little lie for peace
I saw The Substance recently.
I think body horror tags it’s been given aren’t completely accurate to that genre but I guess for a cinema release it’s kinda fair.
Lots of POV shots and intense close ups but an enjoyable watch. Would have been so much better if it was like 30 mins shorter.
The beginning is good; the ending is good. They are just too far apart.
Yes I agree, cut out the last 30 minutes and it’s good.
That applies to quite a few films nowadays.
Rebel Ridge - Netflix.
Meh.
I’m gonna have to watch that tonight
Agreed. Found it very boring for an action film.
Felt like it was more a showreel for that actor to get bigger and better roles.
Very mellow type movie, I’m not even 100% sure what it was all about
Need to move that soundbar to the left a bit.
One I’ve still to watch.
