There’s a general updating bug I think. I was moving some money around today and the balance and ‘left to spend’ were wrong for a lot of that. It does eventually sort itself out… possibly on a timer.
So an annoying thing is, when you tap through in summary; go through and scroll through the summary page before it’s loaded fully, the app loses it and crashes out.
Captured a video of it, but don’t want to post with account details. Any other way of sending it?
iOS 2.47.0
iPhone XR
Doing it here too. seen a few other reports of it. It’s very annoying!!
There’s a new iOS update that just came out today. Have you guys tried updating to that ?
Yep, tried it again once the latest iOS update installed
Anybody know if future transactions show up in new look app? I get paid tomorrow and have direct debits but none are showing, if this has not been introduced into beta, please can it. Android user
Mine show three days before. I’m on iOS
Future transactions show as greyed out entries in the new UI feed (Android),
The most common one is ‘Tomorrow’ but if a D/D is due on/after a weekend it may show as up to ‘3 days from now’
Is this the first time your salary is being paid into your Monzo account? Also, how does your employer pay you - BACS, CHAPS, FPS or a simple bank transfer?
If the latter then Monzo won’t receive any advance notification of the incoming funds and so can’t display it until it happens.
I remember in the normal version, I used to see next to e.g. today’s date, how much money I have spent in that day. I must confess that was super useful and if my fellow Monzo Users think that too please press the little heart below to possibly get it back in the app.
I love the new features so far, but I miss seeing how much I have spent for the day, it really helps to be conscious if I am overspending
Not yet
My future transactions have always showed in the old app, including salary, since the new update, they are not and its clearly not a weekend
I get paid tomorrow and mine is showing as a upcoming payment in the feed. (Android latest version)
I’d try starting from scratch by reinstalling the app.
Doubt it’s a local cache issue, but you never know…
Can confirm my future transactions are also showing (android latest
I read loads of comments here and most things came to my mind have already been said but I don’t get this that Monzo are sacrificing their key aspect which attracted a lot of people to start using Monzo, Budgeting.
I don’t get why 3 tabs at the bottom are better than 4. Budgeting features of the app should be as prominent as possible IMHO which in this look are bit hidden.
As others said on a larger screens new layout is but difficult to use one-handed and although glad that pulse is gone but disappointed to see card on the top. I would have liked a clean look just transaction feed and a search.
I can see a time where Budgeting returns to the bottom tab, but only once it’s improved and usable by everyone. At present it is a good set of features for people whose money ‘works’ the way Budgetting in monzo ‘works’, but not everyone does (or people aren’t willing to bend their thinking too).
That said, I prefer the 3 buttons and having other areas ‘discoverable’ as most of the time I’m only looking at the transactions lists and Payments options, which, I’d imagine, Monzo have good stats on who uses what, hence part of the new look?? Just my opinion.
Guys maybe it possible to add option to disable this annoying left to spend banner? Please
I get paid every month and I receive some additional income so this banner isn’t really useful for me
My incoming funds working fine for tomorrow on latest TestFlight version also, pots updating too
can’t switch to my joint account on iOS but no problems on android.
Noooooooo
This is a key visual indicator that you are or if the fan is about to receive an incoming delivery of
