As we highlighted back when we started this topic, we’re continuing to invest in our Community Forum. As part of that investment, we’ve changed things up to be more in line with the Monzo brand and added some other UI/UX changes too:
Based on feedback from you, on the amount of duplicated posts/topics we’ve made the search feature even more visible for new and old users alike so people can find the things they want to talk about instead of starting new topics.
We’ve made sure moderators are more visible as well as making sure the top contributors get a shout out
Plus we’ve included regional cards on the landing page so that our UK and US customers have easier navigation to their dedicated area.
Feel free to drop some suggestions on what you’d like to see change as we build out the roadmap for our community
Nice to see I made it onto the leader board, but a long way behind you Carl.
I like the new colours but I miss the indicator where it showed me the threads I was following as I always open these first, has that gone for good Alan?
If you scroll down, your actual position will also be highlighted in addition to you being at the very top. It’s always been like this (if you’re not in the top ten users in any given filtered view)
Based on the current week view (selecting ‘ Given’ as the sort criteria), you’re 20th, so if you count down from the very top, you’ll also be shown in the 21st position.
The screenshot is correct. The sorting shown as selected in it is ‘Replies, most-to-least’ and you are in the top ten of this view and so are shown just once (in position 8)
If you were, for example, in position 12 in the sorted results, you’d be shown at the very top (because not in top 10) and also in position 13, because you’re shown (only to you) at the top slot so everyone else moves down one, including the instance of you again below (again - only shown to you)
