Issue: renewing access to virgin money credit card fails

when going through the renew, the web browser link should open the virgin money app to authenticate but get a cannot continue error.

This is unlikely to be a Monzo issue. All Monzo does is provide the url to your phone’s OS which then determines what app to open. It’s your phone that is deciding not to open the Virgin Money Credit Card app.

Might be worth uninstalling the Virgin Money Credit Card app from your phone and reinstalling it to reset the url redirect for the app.

One thing I do know is that you specifically need the Virgin Money Credit Card app, not the standard Virgin Money Banking app.
