Monzo declined a Subscribe and Save (monthly) payment because it was approved ‘a while ago’. When I set the payment up again in Amazon, their app asks me to use the Monzo app to authorise it.
I initially got a notification from the Monzo app to approve the payment. Clicking on this took me to the app, but the screen was blank and remained so. I relaunched the app but no sign in the feeds to authorise the payment.
Repeating the process, no notifications and nothing in the feed. I reinstalled the app and retried but no success.
Is there an issue at the Monzo end?
