I can’t see my chat history and I can’t chat with anyone in the in app chat. Anyone else have this issue? Thank you.
Sounds like you may have been moved over to monzo’s new in house chat system. They are currently rolling it out to everyone.
Unfortunately one of the downsides are previous chats can’t be kept.
If you’re struggling to contact support I’d advise you try reinstalling the app first, if that doesn’t work email help@monzo.com and they’ll get back to you.
FYI, support are dealing with a lot of requests at the moment so you may need to wait for a number of hours for a response unless your query is urgent

Seems like once you have switched to the new system you can email and ask for an export of all the old chats.
