Using Mondo on both Android & IPhone

I have Mondo running on my work IPhone and now have my card.

I have downloaded the Android app but when I entered my email address I have been put into a queue. Is this normal? Can I see the same balance on both?

That shouldn’t happen! Are you sure you entered the correct email address on Android?

Hi Tristan,
Yeah same email address. I has uninstalled and re-downloaded the app and this seems to have fixed the issue
