I try to login …app receives verification code …immediately says code already in use …over and over again…not been bale to access acoount for months…chat support no use what so ever.,
The app receives verification code? that doesn’t sound right.
Do you mean that you receive an email with the magic link? Then you click this and it says expired?
If you can’t use the app, how are you talking to support? And this has been going on for months?
It sounds like you’re trying to create a new account rather than access an existing one so are logging in with the wrong email.
