Application - phone verification code

Hi guys,

My partner is just setting his account up with the £10 voucher thing.

He’s got to verification code page but it keeps saying it’s expired everytime?

Anyone else had this?

Yeah. Is it his first time with an account? That tends to mean the phone being used is linked to an existing account if so he’d need to check his email address.

If he is new, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app and running through it again, if he has no joy it would be best to email help@monzo.com or message via chat and wait for support to come and help.

Thank you it would seem what’s happened is he started doing it before but never took it further past the video and ID sending. Then deleted app.

Somehow it has now worked though :slight_smile:
