All done for me! My start date is showing as when I got my current account preview rather than my PP Mondo card but it is an issue

I’ve just had my notification to upgrade im CA preview on android will do when I get home from work 
I am just updating (merging) prepay and CA

You can choose preffered name!

I asked about that a couple months ago in-app and they said were showing the date you joined Monzo Bank rather than the prepaid scheme.
Just updated my preview CA on the original app

I wouldn’t just yet. Most of my CA preview transactions haven’t migrated to the full CA, so I’m keeping it running until it expires in 24 days, by which time I expect to have this issue sorted.
