If there is a chance your balance will go negative then the upgrade will get stuck and require a bit of poking so we’ve been hesitant to whitelist anybody that has a low balance. In 1.15 (Android) and 1.9.19 (iOS) the apps will be able to handle low balances a bit better.
Here’s a very short cheat sheet if you’d like to speed up your listing:
- Make sure you’re on the latest version of the app – you need to be on at least 1.14.1 on Android, and 1.9.18 on iOS which is the upcoming release.
- Make sure your balance is over £5 – this won’t matter from next week but if you want to be super quick…
- That’s it! I told you it was very short.
If you fit those criteria and you’re on Android, there’s a good chance there’s an upgrade banner waiting for you already. On iOS, we sent a release candidate to Apple (again 
) so the first major batches will be asap.
