Unrecognised Transaction

Hey,

I need some help as I have just had a notification that money has been withdrawn from my account. This transaction wasn’t me so I have frozen my card.

What can I do now and can I get refunded this money?

Click on the payment in the feed and roll to the bottom, click on Something wrong? Tell us!

Question the payment.

Alternatively click help, roll to the bottom and start a chat, mark it as urgent!

Or call the number on the back of your card.
