Unfortunately we cannot offer you a Monzo account at this moment

I have just applied for a Monzo account done my verification. Taken to video and shown proof of ID. After I waiting for 3 days for my account to activate and now it will not allow me to get into my account. It says “Unfortunately we cannot offer you a Monzo account at this moment”. I don’t know what to do because the only option is to close the app. I don’t know what happened and I don’t know what to do now. Can you please help me Monzo? What should I do to get my account?image

Unfortunately the forum can’t help with issues like this. You’ll need to email Monzo via help@monzo.com to see if they are able to provide you with any information as to why they can’t open your account.
