In case anyone is worried about this currently , as I was , I received a full refund the next day from Monzo for a large amount of completely unauthorised card transactions in my business account. Reported it through the app and by phone. All questions promptly answered and nice people on the phone.

I had a similar experience last night, with unauthorised transactions to Bolt on my flex card. I reported it within minutes via the app and the money was refunded immediately and card blocked so further attempts failed .
I was really concerned, but the app flow was excellent and I was able to deal with the issue myself, without needing to speak to support.
The amounts were relatively small so it probably didn’t need oversight by the fraud team…
Hopefully it won’t happen again!

Well that’s good news too. Couple of things I’ll be doing in the future - will be setting my daily card limit lower , default is 10k ! , and to move all excess cash to a tax pot or saving pot.
