I’m facing an issue integrating Monzo payments with my e-commerce website, and I need some help troubleshooting it.
Problem Details:
- My website uses a third-party payment gateway that supports Monzo. While most transactions from other banks work perfectly, Monzo payments often fail during the 3D Secure verification step.
- Customers report seeing a “Verification Failed” error or getting redirected to a blank page instead of completing the transaction.
- This issue has led to multiple abandoned carts, and I’m worried about losing potential customers.
Troubleshooting Attempts:
- Contacted the payment gateway provider, but they confirmed everything is set up correctly on their end.
- Tested payments with other banks, which work without issues.
