Unable to reapply for a joint account

Hi - when I try to access monzo joint account functionality I get a screen saying ‘we can’t offer you a joint account right now - based on the information you and x have given us we’re unable to accept your application’. We applied 2 years ago - I’m not sure why we were rejected.

There doesn’t seem to be any option to reapply with the same person or anybody else. Does anyone have advice?

If anything changes you’ll be given the option to re-apply. As of now, for reasons you’ll never be told, they don’t want you to have a joint account.
