Invitation to join Monzo Business not working

Trying to join a business account through an email link > it opens up the app and i accept the invite > shows me the address the card will be sent to > aks me to choose a PIN > page comes up saying “Sorry about this, somethings gone wrong but we’re not sure what. Please try again in a few minutes”

Not sure what to do about as I really need to access this account and I’ve been trying for a few days now.

Please help!

Whenever odd things happen doing the following can sometimes resolve it.

  1. Delete the app
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Reinstall the app

Failing that, we’re just customers like you, so you’ll need to contact Monzo support in app.
