Unable to activate my card!

finally received my monzo card but after entering my 9 digit number it just says contact support?
as i am flying out later i would like to know if this is just a bug ?

Doesn’t sound quite right. Try starting again and double check you’re inputting the correct number.

I’m not sure what’s happened there unfortunately. But you can contact the support team by sending @monzo a DM on Twitter or emailing help@monzo.com
